Molly acted differently from other agents in that she was patient and did not rush a decision from us. She was willing to communicate via text and treated us like friends. Every piece of advice she gave was spot on. Molly advocated for quick closings and was always willing to help track things down and get updates from all parties

We decided to relocate to Florida. Quicken Loans recommended Molly Nolan and Sbarra and Wells to help us to sell our Endwell property. Molly was excellent in all aspects: online advertising, photos of the house, open house events, advising us on tips to show our house most attractively, keeping us up to date on all details we needed to accomplish to get the house sold. She was amazing! Molly is a true professional and a genuine people person. She has exceeded our expectations in all areas. Our overall experience has been wonderful. We got a fair price for our home. The whole process was right on schedule. There were no serious issues. We could not have done better.

Molly did a great job of communicating with us. She was extremely timely with paper work and keeping everyone on track. She negotiated us a great price and made the whole process go very smoothly. Overall everything went much smoother than I was expecting. I had heard stories of the stress and problems of buying a house, but with Molly and her contacts, issues were dealt with and handled promptly. Molly was available whenever we needed her. She answered all our questions and patiently explained them. This was our first house purchase, so we had lots of them.

Molly Nolan was very kind and helpful at every step of the home-buying process. She always had the knowledge/experience we needed at each step; always willing to go the extra mile for her clients - taking lots of time at each house we looked at to answer all our questions and look things over a second time. Molly has a wonderful sense of humor and a great personality. We had a lot of fun looking through the many houses in our price-range. We will recommend Molly in the future.
