Buyer reviewI was looking at houses on Zillow and had a question, Monita Collins answered it and that is how we found each other. Our good Luck by the way. Monita Collins worked with us for over six plus months, and through medical problems. She is an incredible person and I began to call her "Mighty Mouse" who came to save our day. She also has a great sense of humor and is very fun to work with. Monita Collins kept an eye out for us and when a house came available that she thought was good for us, she notified us. She was very right and we purchased that home. Monita Collins is very smart and was a pleasure to work with.. Monita Collins work very hard for us and she found a wonderful house for us to retire. We are very happy with the outcome and are really looking forward to moving to Hot Springs Village. We are also hoping to keep Monita Collins as some of our new friends that we will make there.
