Buyer reviewTo whomever this concerns. I picked Monita not knowing who she was off a picture of her on and internet real estate web page. I just had a feeling she would be nice, well that expectation was exceeding she is more than that. Monita is an understanding, bubbly , happy, knowledgeable, energetic person. We are not from the area so we depended a lot on her to help us out. She took us to several homes and was patient while we looked through homes and provided valuable information and suggestions on them. If she didn't know the answer to some of the questions she found out quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend her in a heartbeat.

The friend knew that Monita was one of the top real estate brokers in the state. Monita was extremely knowledgeable about all aspect of the selling process - staging, advertising, negotiating, and closing. We trusted her completely. We do not live in the village, so Monita kept us informed of the interest on our property by text , email, and phone calls. I appreciated Monita's patience in walking me through the esigning process.

Buyer reviewMy communication with Monita was very good. I got my responses quickly and always with a positive attitude! Follow up on completion of closing may have helped better but finished the task. Monita wanted hugs when we met, this is very good! It shows how friendly she is.
