Buyer reviewIf I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would, Nancy deserves it! I was a first time home buyer and Nancy helped my girlfriend and I find our dream home for our upcoming family. She was very knowledgeable about what to look for during our home tours, she was very flexible and worked well with our busy schedule, and she was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. She is the definition of a people person. It was such a wonderful experience, I couldn't recommend her enough!

We built our home using a design build firm, and Nancy was along for the original contract negotiation, helping us with buyer friendly selections, and determining value of finished. Our house sold very quickly and it's due to Nancy's diligence, attention to detail and persistence. We moved to New York City and Nancy handled the deal from Michigan. We couldn't have achieved the high sales price and fast close without Nancy. She's amazing!

She was always available, always looking out for our best interest, and really keyed in on areas in which we wanted to live. She was open to visit a house any day, any time. She taught us things to look for when visiting a house, and things to consider with our offers. We felt confident in her ability to negotiate conditions, and her ability to be honest with us on whether we had a chance at a house or not.
