This was my first time selling a home and Nicholas Cardenas did an excellent job of getting me through the process. The buyer/seller interaction can be very stressful at time and Nick not only helped make sure that the process moved forward as quickly as possible, but also smoothed things over and helped make things less stressful for me the seller. At the time my house was put on the market, the estimate was 30 to 45 days to sell. I had an offer on the house in a week and we were able to close escrow in about 30 days despite some challenges. Nick played a key role in presenting the house in a very positive way and stirring up interest. I would recommend Nicholas Cardenas to anyone and would definitely use his services again if needed. He is professional and friendly and knows what he is doing. He is also well-liked by others on his team which is a good indicator of his capabilities.
