We knew of Nick for a while due to his professional relationship with a family member, and he had helped us out with two spontaneous offers/showings in the past. However, this was the first time we were working with him as serious home shoppers. My wife and I couldn't say enough nice things about Nick. He's also incredibly honest/a straight-shooter, which I really value. If Nick thought we were looking at a home that was not worth our time, or had a strong opinion on a price-point, he would always share his thoughts in a very polite manner. Nick is also incredibly knowledgeable, as he's been working in this industry and area for a long time. He could tell us about every neighborhood we went to, and whenever we had questions about anything at all, he was happy to get on a call and explain. Nick is a good person who genuinely cares about his clients and will absolutely take care of you. We really felt like we hit the jackpot with Nick, and would 100% work with him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Nicholas was capable and confident. We never had any doubts or concerns as we worked with him. As first time home sellers he walked us through the process and provided much needed guidance. Nicholas was always available and knowledge when we had questions. He was willing to fit conversations around our schedule. Nicholas worked above and beyond to ensure our home sold quickly; we didn't want to live in a disrupted manner as we have three small children. He worked around the clock to ensure our house was marketed well, priced well and showed well. This allowed us to only be on the market for one weekend! We were thrilled at the number of daily showings and ultimately, the number of offers we received. Nicholas guided us through the negotiation process and helped ensure we got the best and strongest offer that met our needs. We're so thankful we were able to work with Nicholas and would recommend him to any and all of our friends and family.
