Buyer reviewBuying a house with Nicholas was Incredibly smooth. Many say, and often articles in the news confirm, that buying a house can be one of the most stressful experiences in life. This was decidedly not. Nicholas was available at any time, his vision for the process developed exactly as he said, and he truly became invested in finding us what we needed (and we had a long wish list). He cautioned on locations and properties that were not appropriate for us but never forced his views or tried to make up our mind for us. He made his opinion clear on properties we thought were good but, in the end, were clearly not. He educated us on what to look at and red flags that often exist in homes you view. His lender, title company, and home inspector recommendations were excellent choices. His suggestion on offer price was spot on and saved us thousands of dollars. We closed within 30 days of a ratified contract. Perfect!
