Buyer reviewI don't remember exactly how we got Nilda as an agent. I think I was looking on internet for Floral City property and she contacted me. Was at least two years ago? Each time she found something she thought we would like she contacted us. Or we contacted her if we found something. We made several trips to Floral City to investigate properties. We had almost given up when this property came available. Nilda contacted us and we came. Nilda was very helpful in the purchase. After closing I asked Nilda to purchase a lock box and put on property and take pictures for me. She did both with no objection. We will be back in Floral City this Saturday and I will pay her for the lock box. Thanks Nilda for doing a fantastic job. I am a broker in Indiana and might have given up on us ever doing anything! Nilda kept us informed of all aspects of purchase as soon as she had any news for us.
