Seller reviewI'd met Nilda Cano and her husband 10? yrs ago. They live in our neighborhood. I did not know she was in real estate. She helped a very good friend of ours sell his fathers house. I was impressed with her handling of that home. When it came time for me to need information, I turned to someone I could trust. Nilda came thru with flying colors. I could not have gotten this done without her. Nilda did everything she said she would do. She even helped me understand many aspects of this sale that I had no idea even existed. Whenever I had a question, she was there to answer it. I could not be happier. I am so glad I talked to Nilda before I was even ready to put this house on the market. She gave me valuable advice. I don't believe I spoke to anyone else in the office, there really was no need. Nilda Cano was there every step of the way.
