Seller reviewAlthough the entire process was completed with Ms. Martin & the seller at different locations, everything was very efficient & smooth. Property photos were obtained, emailed to the seller for approval, then posted in MLS. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses using texts and emails. Ms. Martin was very considerate of the seller's position in working through the process of probating an estate. Without reservations, Ms. Martin is highly recommended.
