Noe makes every effort to go the extra mile for her client, in a timely manner, to pursue with the sale of the house. Buyer reviewNoe Martin, Rs Lic 81669 was excellent at advising me of available listings initially, then kept on top of it by advising me of other listings that came up. She was willing to take me to various open houses, wherever I had in interest in properties. Her chief concern always seemed to be making sure that I was in control of which properties that I wanted to look at, and ultimately, securing the property that I wanted. Once the property was selected, she was able to advise me on appropriate pricing, and she completed our offer and subsequent finalized agreement on a timely basis. Finally, she was terrific about making sure our timelines were met. Throughout the ups and downs of the entire process, she was professional, courteous to anyone we encountered and always extremely pleasant to deal with. Noe is not only an excellent realtor, but a wonderful human being, and I highly recommend her.
