Seller reviewNona and I became acquainted at our church and we became friends. As our friendship grew, I came to realize that Nona was a person I could share personal things with and she was a very trustworthy and honest person. When it seemed time for us to move closer to our youngest daughter and her family, we turned to Nona Burns to inquire about the possibility of selling our home in HSV. We entrusted her with a selling price that we could agree upon and she took it from there. She set up for a photographer to present our home via a virtual tour and she also helped us with selling household items we would not need in our next home. To sum it up, she took care of everything from the placing of the "For Sale" sign to the closing of the sale. And certainly not to be forgotten, she sold our home in less than a week. She is a great person to work with, very thorough in all details that are involved with selling a home and last but not least, she can be trusted to have your best interests at the forefront of her presenting your home on the market.

Buyer reviewNona Burns was always there for us no matter what time of the day, night or days of the week. She was always professional, kind, and understanding of our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were inquiring and about real estate. She went above and beyond for us. Took our calls in the evenings, weekends and even when she was on vacation. When we apologized for calling her out of office hours, she always stated, " I am always here for you and there is no need to apologize". We are truly blessed to have worked with her as we were buying and closing on two properties at the same time and I am very demanding. Nona Burns was always on top of everything we asked her for and gave us excellent guidance every step of the way. We will continue to work with her on our next purchases. We cannot say enough positive comments about Nona. She was absolutely phenomenal.
