Buyer reviewNona Burns has been a wonderful realtor to work with during the purchase of our new HSV home. My husband and I walked in to Century 21 without an appointment and asked to speak to a realtor that might be available and Nona was ready and willing to talk to us and drive us around. Nona was open and very willing to take pics of the house when we found it online since we were from out of town. She was great at working with the owner of the home since it was a FSBO. The inspector we selected ended up knowing Nona on a personal level and it was so awesome to see this relationship in a business setting. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and worked to meet our needs the entire time. I would highly recommend working with Nona Burns when purchasing a home in or around HSV. She was available for us and communicated with us consistently throughout this process. She answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she would make sure she led us to the correct contacts to get us the answers we needed. She treated us as if we were her family and we really appreciated that!

Seller reviewWe had a rather difficult sale because of the buyers having medical and other difficulties which caused them to back out of the sale. THis occurred twice prior to the final sale to the third buyer. Nona's communications to us during all these events was outstanding and we were always aware of any events which would affect a sale. Nona certainly proved herself with this sale. It certainly wasn't 'run of the mill'. Thank you Nona!

Seller reviewNona and I became acquainted at our church and we became friends. As our friendship grew, I came to realize that Nona was a person I could share personal things with and she was a very trustworthy and honest person. When it seemed time for us to move closer to our youngest daughter and her family, we turned to Nona Burns to inquire about the possibility of selling our home in HSV. We entrusted her with a selling price that we could agree upon and she took it from there. She set up for a photographer to present our home via a virtual tour and she also helped us with selling household items we would not need in our next home. To sum it up, she took care of everything from the placing of the "For Sale" sign to the closing of the sale. And certainly not to be forgotten, she sold our home in less than a week. She is a great person to work with, very thorough in all details that are involved with selling a home and last but not least, she can be trusted to have your best interests at the forefront of her presenting your home on the market.
