Buyer reviewNona Burns was always there for us no matter what time of the day, night or days of the week. She was always professional, kind, and understanding of our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were inquiring and about real estate. She went above and beyond for us. Took our calls in the evenings, weekends and even when she was on vacation. When we apologized for calling her out of office hours, she always stated, " I am always here for you and there is no need to apologize". We are truly blessed to have worked with her as we were buying and closing on two properties at the same time and I am very demanding. Nona Burns was always on top of everything we asked her for and gave us excellent guidance every step of the way. We will continue to work with her on our next purchases. We cannot say enough positive comments about Nona. She was absolutely phenomenal.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, Nona went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. Throughout the whole process, she was always staying on top of things to make sure we were on track to close in a timely manner. Nona was always available when we needed her. She was very quick to schedule us a tour of each house we were interested in. She spent a lot of her personal time assisting us if we needed it, and believe me, we needed it a lot! We were looking for a house for over a year and she never got impatient with us. Century 21 HSV has the best real estate agent in Hot Springs Village working for them. As long as Nona is working for Century 21, we will always use her and Century 21 for whatever real estate transaction we need.
