Octavia was recommended to me by a friend and I was informed that she was excellent and she was. I wasn't very knowledgeable about buying a home but Octavia helped me every step of the way. She had to explain a lot of the material to me and treated me with respect the entire step of the way and I greatly appreciated that.

Again, Octavia was the best realtor to work with during this journey of mine. There's not one bad thing I can say about Octavia because she was just that great!!! I am a first time home buyer and she made the experience worth wild. I would recommend her to others because she's just great at what she does and took her time to explain things which I didn't know. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable Octavia is about homes.

I can say with all honesty that Ms. Samuels is the best broker that I have had the pleasure of working with. From beginning to end Octavia was always at the top of her game and I always felt like she had my best intrest at heart. Guiding me through the entire process with as many hurdles that came along Octavia jumped over them like she was in the Olympics. Truly an asset to century 21 and I look forward to working with Ms. Samuels in the future.

Octavia Samuels was a great help, showed professionalism and knowledge throughout the selling process of my house! I would only call her for all my real estate needs! I recommend Octavia 100% without any doubt! I live out of state and she even helped me find reliable and affordable contractors to make the repairs needed after the inspection.
