Seller reviewOctavia Samuels was excellent! She always took time out to answer my questions and never made me feel as though I was a bother. She is patient, kind, personable, and very professional. She knows her business and ensured that my best interest was kept at the forefront. She even served as a role model for agents who were not as seasoned as herself to ensure a smooth transaction. She spoke interesting I could understand. Octavia made me feel at ease. The whole process went smoothly given the two month window I had to purchase. Octavia was available all the time if I had questions and concerns. You have a gem of a realtor IMHO. Most excellent. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Good service.
