Octavia Samuels was very conservative about sharing her knowledge of the Wilmington area so as not to steer my purchase (which I understand is of critical legal and social importance) while still sharing important details about homes and communities that were rooted in factual observation. Octavia was punctual at every showing. She shared requests for information and negotiations with the seller's agent usually within the hour of my request, and almost always on the same day, which was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing. Octavia noted fashions of renovation details, quality of workmanship, potential structural issues, and potential mechanical/electrical issues that helped estimate potential renovation costs at the showing-phase of the home-buying process, which was extremely helpful in the selection of my home. Octavia's experience was critical in negotiating credits and home-improvements before closing. I was bear-ish for fear of losing the property in a seller's market. She was bull-ish and she was right; almost all of the major issues noted by the home inspector were fixed and/or credited, which is more than what I would have bargained for. Octavia Samuels worked in communicating with me and sellers, organizing and sending documents, other clerical duties, and even some showings after business hours, which was critical due to my own working situation. She was flexible and considerate. She helped make home-buying fun with her glowing personality while remaining professional throughout.

When I knew the home I inherited which was part of my sisters estate would have to be put on the market I knew without a shadow of doubt that Ms. Octavia Samuels was the person I'd have walk me through that process! Ms. Samuels is a woman of great integrity and character! I've known Ms. Samuels since high school and she has never Deviated from being one to raise the bar of professionalism in , meeting goals and being an excellent example of setting great moral standards for everyone she encountered! I am so grateful to Ms. Samuels for the numerous ways she helped in making this process as comfortable and Expeditious as possible! She does her job with excellence!
