Buyer reviewI dealt with Octavia years ago..trying to find a house...but financially I was not ready....I always remembered how professional, personable and Informative Octavia was back then....and much to my delight ...she has that same attitude...She is very thorough and she aims to please her clients...I was very impressed with her .... Octavia Kept me informed from start to finish...She walked me through any questions I asked her...and made sure my best interest was her first priority... Octavia makes you feel like you are her only client...I like that... While Octavia was on vacation..another staff member was handling Octavias showings...needless to say there were some unanswered text and a mix up with a showing...so I decided to wait for Octavia to return... I would recommend Ocavia to my family and friends

Buyer reviewI felt that Octavia is a good person, she's easy to work with and shows great concern when helping people find a good home. I thought I knew what to look for in buying my home, but l found there's a lot more to it. I was amazed with how much she knew about the process, when there was a question asked that she may not have been sure of, she made it a point to get the right answers. In finding the house l now call HOME, there were ups and downs an at times even frustrations when l was over bided. However, Octavia stade fast an patience the whole way through. This was a long draw out process, it just so happened, the day before her vacation we viewed a house, it was at 2 Lyons Ave. She made arrangements with her coworker to look out for me while she was away, thay did just that. I was informed a day later my bib had been axcepted, I am so grateful for co-workers hehp, and every one at Century 21. I had certain things in mind I wanted in a house that weren't in a few homes l bided on, like a garage or finished basement, but through diligence on Octavia's part l found just the right house. It's a great feeling. A SPECIAL THANKS to Octavia Samuels for helping to make this a reality.
