Oscar Alban was a godsend to us back in 2014. At the time we were financially underwater with regards to a house we owned in Kearny NJ. His efforts in attaining the proper paperwork and aiding us in completing the short sale process, led to the peace of mind we have today because we are now free of that situation. I cannot think anyone could have done a better job in such a timely manner as Oscar Alban and I am personally very grateful to him. Then a little over a year later we needed his help again in selling my mother's house at 56 Elston, Bloomfield NJ, after her death in December 2015. To further complicate matters, the house had a roughly $180K lein on it from a reverse mortgage, and thus needed to be sold quickly before the lein holding bank would take possession themselves. Once again Oscar Alban came to our rescue, by dealing with the enormous red tape and back and forth involved with the bank and potential buyers during this process. Eventually he was able to sell the home within the short time required by the lein holder. This in turn enabled us to help care for my disabled brother, who lived in that home for almost 40 years and whom my mother looked after. All of these challenges were met head on by Oscar, with complete enthusiasm and urgency, and if I find myself in need of his services again or knowing of anyone else in need, he is absolutely the person I would recommend.
