I am a life long Jackson County resident. I am very familiar with the Jackson and Surrounding areas. I enjoy working with first time home buyers right up to the experienced Investor. My goal is to develop relationships along the way. It is not about the sale for me, it is about the experience that I provide for my clients. Buying or selling a property can be very stressful if you don't have the correct guidance. My goal is to make that experience as positive as possible.

Buyer reviewPurchasing a home is more than difficult having a realtor that listens to you and what your needs and wants are, you'd think that would be a common sense type of thing but it's not. I told Pam what I wanted, where, and how much and in this tight sellers market she found me the perfect house for my family, didn't waist time with house that where not in my specific area, way over budget, ect, but right where i wanted to be in a home perfect for us in a beautiful naborhood,. Pam & century21 will be my realtor.

If you are looking for an honest, hard working, straight shooting (yes, she is going to be upfront and honest with you - even if it may not be what you want to hear!) agent, then Pam is your gal. She genuinely cares about her clients, and doesn't believe in just throwing information online and sitting back to wait for the sale. We have witnessed first hand that Pam truly spends the time digging deep thru her resources to find that house you're looking for, or do whatever it takes to get people looking at your house and find you a buyer.

Easy going and took all the time I needed to understand it all as this was my 1st time. I would highly recommend Pam She explained everything to my level if I did t understand something. Also gave me tips on things I could do with the house. Very quick to respond to and text or email with the house or fees I have the upmost appreciation for Pam.
