I am a life long Jackson County resident. I am very familiar with the Jackson and Surrounding areas. I enjoy working with first time home buyers right up to the experienced Investor. My goal is to develop relationships along the way. It is not about the sale for me, it is about the experience that I provide for my clients. Buying or selling a property can be very stressful if you don't have the correct guidance. My goal is to make that experience as positive as possible.

I hadn't bought/sold for 16 years, and I was high maintenance, but Pam was always available and patient while keeping me grounded. Our home sold to the first couple that visited for 3.5% over asking. We also bought with her, and total time from listing to closing on our new home was about 5 weeks.

Seller reviewHaving used Pam in the past and already experienced the amazing service she provides, it was an absolute given that she would once again be our agent when we were ready to sell this house! The house sold ABOVE asking price in less than 24 hours - we couldn't have been any happier. We have nothing but praise for Pam... not even restricting this comment to realtors, but when thinking about any service related industry we deal with on a regular basis, we have never had anyone so accessible and quick to respond to our calls or questions. And here's the rare unicorn - if she isn't sure on something, she will say so rather than giving an unsure answer, and when she says she will find the answer - she DOES - and quickly! Because we are business owners and greatly appreciate feedback when someone sees an area lacking, we are all about giving constructive feedback so help other business people grow and excel - but honestly have none to give in regards to Pam. She checks ALL the boxes, and checks them well when it comes to servicing our needs as an agent. One of us (coughDianecough) will admit they have a VERY hard time trusting others when they say they are going to do something - Pam has absolutely earned that trust.
