Pam was very prompt to respond to any emails or texts from my wife and me. We greatly appreciated the group text Pam set up for us to keep both of us appraised of the process. Pam was an excellent transaction broker for us. This comment is made with some bias as this is the first broker we have ever worked with. We were a somewhat difficult buyer as we were buying outside of our current state of residence. As an active duty service member, we requested to view the house and Pam contacted me the same day. Pam also set up a viewing the same day. Even though Pam had a booked schedule she made time for us on Her Sunday knowing we needed to report back to my duty station by Tuesday. She was very professional in all interactions but approachable and comfortable to talk to. She did not talk down or belittle us for not knowing anything about the home buying process and answered all of our questions. Her knowledge of the local area is evident by the fact that everyone knows her. We had no interaction with any other staff member from Century 21. Great staff! I wish the price of the home was less but We wanted the house and made our best offer up front. No sense in haggling for the perfect house.

Pam Cochran sold us our new house thru our own realtor She impressed us SO much that we chose her to sell our old house. She is great to work with. She's very knowledgeable, trust worthy, courteous, cooperative, and kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Pam, she's the best!

Pam is a great sales rep....I worked with her in buying my home in 2013. She made buying long distance a breeze. That is why when I needed to sell my home it was no choice but to go back to Pam. This experience was just as good as the first one. Pam is a person whom you can trust to be able to get the most for your property and work for you as hard as she would work for herself....she is fun and wants to make the experience as easy as possible.
