Pam Cochran is the best real estate agent in this area! Pam had our home under contract in less than a week. She is very hard working, detail oriented, and was superior with communication. Pam was on top of everything in the weeks leading up to closing, which allowed us to focus on our businesses rather than spending time scheduling termite spraying etc. I am very impressed with Pam's knowledge of every specific location in our area; what buyers expect, what homes sell for, if it is not a desirable homeowner location. Pam also has well developed relationships with many of the realtors in this area which broadens the number of potential buyers for your home (or the amount of homes Pam can show you if you are looking to purchase). Pam also possesses a wonderful, happy personality making her a fun person to interact with during what can become a stressful situation. Pam was very prompt to respond to any emails or texts from my wife and me. We greatly appreciated the group text Pam set up for us to keep both of us appraised of the process. Pam was an excellent transaction broker for us. This comment is made with some bias as this is the first broker we have ever worked with. We were a somewhat difficult buyer as we were buying outside of our current state of residence. As an active duty service member, we requested to view the house and Pam contacted me the same day. Pam also set up a viewing the same day. Even though Pam had a booked schedule she made time for us on Her Sunday knowing we needed to report back to my duty station by Tuesday. She was very professional in all interactions but approachable and comfortable to talk to. She did not talk down or belittle us for not knowing anything about the home buying process and answered all of our questions. Her knowledge of the local area is evident by the fact that everyone knows her. We had no interaction with any other staff member from Century 21. Great staff! I wish the price of the home was less but We wanted the house and made our best offer up front. No sense in haggling for the perfect house.
