Seller reviewPamela Cochran understood our needs for a West Plains property sale, as we were out of state sellers. She was our eyes on what was necessary to do in order to complete a sale satisfactory to us and hopefully, for the buyers. We thought we had left all in good order but under the contract of another local realtor, for two years, there was much that had been neglected and not communicated to us. Pam, had been recommended to us by another local friend and her results 'hit the mark'.

She was very intent on helping us find the right property. She spent time showing some difficult to examine property. She immediately went to work dealing with stipulations in our offer. She was there for us through the closing.
