My name is Pam Hanaway. I moved to Grass Valley in June 2000. I was drawn to the area because of its small town feel, the kind and friendly people and its beautiful surroundings. I was in retail sales and customer service for over 38 years. I have always had a love for homes. That led me to work with a contractor and an interior designer for several years remodeling and flipping homes, which became a successful side line. After moving to Grass Valley, I became a partner in a local manufactured home dealership in 2005. Because of my love for homes, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and am now enjoying an exciting career with Century 21 Davis Realty, Inc. I enjoy helping clients find the home of their dreams. I strive to provide my clients with honesty, integrity and quality service. I have a genuine concern for my client's needs and my goal is to make their home buying and selling a pleasant experience they will want to share with others. Buyer reviewPam went above and beyond in helping my parents and me purchase their new home. She did many little things that I would not expect a realtor to do to facilitate my parents' purchase of their home. They are up there in age and have difficulty getting around. She was genuinely concerned for them and wanted to make sure that all the little details were taken care of before the close of escrow to make the transition to the new house as easy as possible without a lot of little things to have to take care of upon moving in. In short, Pam was absolutley wonderful.

Pam helped me every step of the way. If not available when I reached out to her she was quick to respond with a text letting me know that she would call as soon as possible. There were a number of challenges for me trying to complete this purchase and Pam was there to help me through all of them. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their home.
