My name is Pam Hanaway. I moved to Grass Valley in June 2000. I was drawn to the area because of its small town feel, the kind and friendly people and its beautiful surroundings. I was in retail sales and customer service for over 38 years. I have always had a love for homes. That led me to work with a contractor and an interior designer for several years remodeling and flipping homes, which became a successful side line. After moving to Grass Valley, I became a partner in a local manufactured home dealership in 2005. Because of my love for homes, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and am now enjoying an exciting career with Century 21 Davis Realty, Inc. I enjoy helping clients find the home of their dreams. I strive to provide my clients with honesty, integrity and quality service. I have a genuine concern for my client's needs and my goal is to make their home buying and selling a pleasant experience they will want to share with others. Seller reviewWe liked Pam, we found her to be steady, honest, responsive and friendly...and tough negotiator when she had to be. The buyers presented themselves as troublesome and persnickety that caused us a frustrating extended escrow process. It was Pam's cool head and calm but firm demeanor that saw us through Pam is solid Never met or spoke to any other century 21 staff other than Pam Pam's performance was great!......

Buyer reviewPam Hanaway was outstanding! We would highly recommend her. She had excellent knowledge on real estate and the Grass Valley area. She listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to change our minds. We were originally thinking we would want to build a home, but we were open to looking at homes already built. She showed us many lots and homes on the computer and took us out to ones she thought we would like. Pam Hanaway also sent us listings she thought we would like. Unlike other realtors, Pam would look at the homes and weed out the ones she thought we wouldn't like based on our wish list. She got to know what style we were looking for in a home. Pam Hanaway found us our new dream house. It is the perfect house for our family. Pam treated us as if we were her only client, but we know that wasn't the case.

Seller reviewPam was extremely helpful with the sale of my mother's home. She went above and beyond. She made sure the house was cleaned and yard maintenance and beautification was done. Also, helped with repairs, moving furniture and even the sale of some of the unwanted household items. She also helped my mother setting an account up at the local bank. She was very patient with explanations to my mothers question. She definitely set the " bar high" that very few other agents will be able to meet, let alone exceed. High would highly recommend Pam!
