Buyer reviewI had worked with Pat in the past, but ended up not purchasing (not her fault). Now that I was once again ready to purchase, I went directly back to her. She definitely knows what she's doing. Pat took my requirements and desires into account when showing me listings. It was great working with her and she did an outstanding job in helping me find the right home for me. I highly recommend Pat Russiano!

Seller reviewWe had worked with Pat for the purchase of this when we bought it 14 yrs ago. She was fantastic and we knew that if/when we sold/bought property again, we wanted to work with Pat again. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and, even more important very kind,and caring. She went out of her way several times while working with me. During this trying time (the pandemic) she has even called just to check in on me. I will and already have given her name to 2 of my friends. I can honestly say I do not want to work with anyone else should I sell/buy another property. She's the best!!

I was planning on renting, but Pat Russiano's professionalism and expertise convinced me that buying could be a reasonable alternative. I was pleasantly surprised with the counter offer $ value that Pat Russiano came up with, as it was higher than I was thinking I would be able to offer => and she got them to agree to that higher value! From beginning to end, Pat was phenomenal!
