There was not a question that she couldn't answer about the neighborhoods, local businesses, pros and cons of each house for my personal situation. You can tell how much she loves this valley just by going to view houses with her. During the search she would immediately contact me when new listings within my parameters were available. From start to closing I was contacted with any updates and Patrice was always available for calls, emails or text. Patrice made a stressful time for me as easy as it could possibly go. Seller reviewPatrice went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the sale of our house and buying of our new house. Our sale had some unexpected twists and turns, but she made the best out of the situation and helped us come to an agreement that we wouldn't have known otherwise.
