Seller reviewPatrice did a great job helping us buy our other house and we just continued our relationship with her for the selling of our old home. Patrice went way out of her way in helping us decide what changes to make to the home before listing it, and she helped us with every aspect of getting the property ready to sell. Including coming and in and helping with a final cleanup after the contractor was done and the house was ready to show. Can't imagine what else Patrice or Century 21 could have done for us. We are very happy with everything. I cannot say enough good things about Patrice and how she handled both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home, I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property, and in fact have already done so.

Buyer reviewWhen I called about a piece of property we wanted to see, I was lucky enough to be put through to Patrice. We didn't buy that house, but a few days later we asked her to show us another, and we knew it was the one we wanted. We have been very happy with all she has done for us. We are expecting the same level of performance when we put our former house on the market in a month, Patrice is going to be our agent for that sale.
