Buyer reviewEveryone has a story or special circumstances. I needed to move back to the valley of my childhood, for sad reasons and good reasons. When I explained my situation to Patrice Tatham she actually listened to what I said and helped me check out every detail. This was done from not only from another town but from another state. This could have been a much different situation but Patrice made me feel like I was being helped by a good friend. I know that in the real estate business there are many properties that would pay a much bigger commission, than my home, but I never felt like that was even part of the scenerio. She kindly and patiently helped me through this whole purchase.

Buyer reviewPatrice had to work in difficult circumstances with us living in Texas, trying to purchase a house from a difficult seller and working with our lender who was less than stellar. I'm 100% convinced we would never have made it to closing... ON TIME, without Patrice and all her many efforts. We had a million things going on with graduating residency, 4 kids, moving, etc. and we knew Patrice had everything covered and our interests as a priority.
