Seller reviewPatricia Billings worked with us to get the best price for our home while helping us understand what that price should be as compared to what we wanted and the buyers wanted to pay. She is professional, friendly and honest. She did not let the other realtors play their unprofessional actions of changing the agreements at the last moment, but allowed reasonable changes that made sense. Patrica took the time to make sure the marketing got out right and had time to reach the right people before closing a deal.
