Seller reviewDue to the patience and understanding of Patricia Billings we were able to eventually close the deal with the buyer. Due to the diligence... persistence... professionalism... and tenacity of Patricia Billings we were able to sort through the complexity of this transaction and close the sale. The buyers agent couldn't find his way out of a paper bag and was a major disappointment to both myself and the buyer. If it walked like a duck... sounded like a duck... looked like a duck the buyer's agent thought it was a camel. Word to the wise: When you have an excellent agent... hang on to them... and let your competition have the losers.
