Seller reviewPatti O'Donnell was outstanding to work with. Patti was very conscientious. Patti always returned calls within the hour. If Patti couldn't, I got a txt when I could expect the call. Our house sold in 11 days! The advertising package Patti O'Donnell prepared was first rate (brochures as well as photos and video). Bottom line, if you are looking for a realtor who will provide you with the best suggestions (staging,reno, etc), comps and pricing suggestions that are realistic, Patti O'Donnell is the realtor to engage. Patti O'Donnell will tell you what works, and it does.
