Buyer reviewPatti was simply a great person to work with. She always answers your questions and gets back to you as soon as she can with phone calls, and always seems to be very happy when she shows a house. I would recommend patti to any friend or family member if they wanted to have a great home buying experience. Patti never made it seem stressful, as with buying a home can be, it was a delight to work with someone like her and she will always come highly recommended from me.

Seller reviewConventional wisdom tells us to not do business with friends, however due to our 20 year friendship with Patti O we knew first hand of her integrity and strong work ethic. Listing with Patti was an easy decision ; but once we were under contract we realized it was a WISE decision as well. We had wonderful buyers that came with agent unfamiliar with the area. This is when we learned how important the agent WHO represented us was. Patti made certain all required inspections and repairs were done promptly and correctly and communicated with a rather frustrating title company as well. By Patti being PROACTIVE were able to close quickly to satisfy the buyers wishes. Patti comes with the knowledge of not only WHAT need done but WHO to contact. This is so helpful for a seller when they first list their home and also once under contract. She can assist sellers with item such as landscaping, power washing, well, septic, electrical to name a few. Patti also provides quality pictures , video and brochures. Patti understands that selling or buying a home is a stressful life event and is always available when you need her. Buyer reviewPatti O'Donnell is an agent that is always available. Of course, they're are times when you call, it goes to voicemail, however, she calls back with in a few minutes. Patti was scheduled to be on vacation at the tail end of our process but she was never out of reach. I felt very guilty about contacting her while she was on vacation but she always assured me that I may call her anytime. Patti never made me feel like I was interrupting her and I was never rushed. She even came back from vacation early just to be there with us during the settlement. I would absolutely recommend this Broker and Agent to anyone who wishes to deal with someone who really cares about what you want and will go over and beyond to make that happen.

From the deposit and how it was handled to her timely scheduling of inspections and the negotiating of contracts. We had an issue with selling our home which held up buying this home and Patti kept us up on everything and helped us straighten out the problem.
