Seller reviewPaul Francis is an amazing Realtor. He is honest, knowledgeable and hardworking for the benefit of his clients. Paul took the time to understand my needs by asking the right questions, providing immediate call back and follow through for selling my home. Due to me being located in Tampa, FL and selling my Mother's home who is in an assisted living home, when I needed something done at the property Paul would go and take care of the task. Paul is the kind of Realtor that goes above and beyond for his clients.

Seller reviewI do not live in PA, so I was extremely happy that my cousin was able to refer me to Century 21, Paul Francis, specifically. My cousin had sold a house through Paul previously. Paul listed the property very quickly, dealt with two potential buyers within the first two days of it being listed and was able to close the deal with an offer above the asking price!!! Paul was wonderful to work with. He was reassuring from the beginning. His confidence, gave me confidence that I had made the right choice in realtors. The overall sales experience from the first day I met with Paul Francis to discuss listing the house with him all the way through to the closing was an A++ experience. Paul offered all of the appropriate guidance and information I needed and handled the rest.

Seller reviewpaul francis has a very likable personality and very understanding. very easy to work with also in our disagreements about market analysis. he has a good manner working with the public. he was a lot more a friend to us. we have no complaints really. we sold our home and in a very short time by the way. not realizing that our home would sell so quickly and this was our first time in selling a property. our home was our only home ever and we were shocked in selling so fast. I think the market analysis in our case was a waste of time. the condition, the location and the presentation of a home is key! and we thank paul again and we owe him a bet yet!!
