Buyer reviewPaul knew my wants and needs. When the property became available, Paul called me first. After a short negotiation period, Paul put together a deal satisfactory to all parties. I don't know if any other Realtor could have done what Paul did. In fact, I'd have to say, that without Paul as a middleman, this deal would never have consumated.
