Paul went above and beyond in assisting us with finding a home in a very short period of time. He also did what ever it took for us to obtain the home we purchased. He made sure that we had all of the utility information as we moved from out of town, took measurements for me in the new home, worked diligently to make sure our offer was accepted, and was always available, even while on vacation! We will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Paul's knowledge of the building processes and real estate market within the Charleston Area was extremely valuable in our decision to utilize him as our realtor. He was and continues to be a resource and friend to us.

My family lost my father in February 2015 and my son lost his dad in August of 2015 making this not my favorite year to date. I wanted to turn this year around for my children and myself. He would work around my work schedule when it came to looking at all the places, and he always was thinking of how these properties would work for my children and myself. He was honest and accurate. If he did not know an answer he would get it for me right away. Then i picked out the place that I wanted. Paul did everything for me that he could do. He scheduled all the inspections and appraisals and if it was a time that I could not be there, he would try to do it for me. All the documents were filled out immediately and accurately. Paul did a wonderful job with the sales negations and final steps . I could not of asked for a better first time home buyers experience. We feel like Paul has become a member of our family and we will never forget everything he did to help my family end this year better than it started out. Paul thank you for being a caring, responsible and honest person. It works for you!!
