What can I tell you about Paul Quigley.... Always gave an honest answer to all my questions. Always very professional. Never made me feel like I was a bother. Always worked with our schedule. Always promptly returned emails and calls/texts. Very knowledgeable about the housing market and construction (which was very helpful) Paul was showing my wife and I a house at 8pm that we were interested in putting an offer on and Paul put on overalls and went in the crawl space to see if there were any noticeable problems. Good luck finding another realitor that would do that! I would and I do recommend Paul Quigley to EVERYONE.
