I initially had a very frustrating ordeal with the mortgage company. It wasn't as "quick" as advertised! Penny was there every step of the way encouraging me not to give up! I ultimately went with a local credit union for my mortgage. Penny was very accessible. As I live down state, there were many phone calls back and forth and Penny always responded within the hour! Penny made me feel like a friend and not just another customer! I can't thank her enough!!
