We knew Penny through church; it was important to pick someone active within our community, someone we knew and could trust. Penny was wonderful throughout the purchase of our home - we had waited months (years!) to find what we wanted, and Penny never seemed to mind just touching base with us until we were ready. After that, she was always available one way or another, prompt and following up on every last detail. When she couldn't be available (off for medical) she made sure another super realtor, Dr. Bob Lang, could help us out in the interim. Couldn't have asked for better out of either of them!
