Seller reviewWhen I met Percy Sotomayor for the very first time; I was at my Community Association office trying to resolve an issue regarding my property, without hesitation, Percy approached the receptionist an offer to assist, I guess he noticed that I had a little difficulty communicating with the receptionist. He stayed with me the whole entire time to make sure that I was comfortable up until this matter was resolved. Percy respectfully proceeded to say goodbye and took out his Real Estate business card and said: "if you ever need the assistance of a knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, please contact me; at that time, I knew Percy was going to sell my house!"
