Being very detailed and compassionate about the process is what it takes to be successful, it is not about having the most awards or the most designations - it is about happy customers! The challenge is keeping your eye on the ball. I feel I can do exactly that! I pride myself on being well educated in my business technically and professionally as well as the many wonderful relationships that come from being a Realtor. On a more personal side I am married, the proud father of two beautiful children and I have a few pets running around. My family is the greatest part of my life! I enjoy the outdoors, sports and maintaining a sizable vegetable garden. I am very fortunate to have come from a loving family that has always supported me with all my endeavors. "

Buyer reviewPete was highly attentive to my needs and budget during the homebuying process. Whenever I had a place I wanted to view, he would quickly get a showing in the books. Pete worked diligently to get my offer put in and negotiate with the selling party. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone in the market for a home.

Buyer reviewWe were first time home buyers. I'm a pretty skeptical person, that thought of "all realtors are money hungry" set in my mind. Meeting Pete the first time I had my gaurd up. As we got to talking with him on a personal level I could see us working well with him. He's a very intuitive guy who digs deep into someone's life to find you a home that's perfect for you & your family rather then just a quick deal. Not only did Pete put up with my attitude & constant questioning showing after showing, he changed my view on buying a home. He went above and beyond to explain in detail about the housing market and how it works. He made us feel comfortable buying our first home when we had such little knowledge to start with. His priorities were never off track, & I'd highly recommend Pete to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewOf all Realtors I have worked with I would only work with Pete again. He is personable, professional, and it is apparent he is not only in this for financial gain. He voices his recommendations and suggestions based on what my excpectations were, not to take the forst offer that came up (as my experience with previous realtors have been). He is a rare find in the real estate business and should not only be applauded for work, but ahould be a model for how other realtors should perform.
