He is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process, and if needed, will literally hold your hand through each step until you reach your goal. Thanks to Pete's expertise and dedication we were able to find, negotiate a killer offer/final contract and close on a dream house in less than 4 weeks! This man will not sleep until he gets you want you want... so don't sleep on him, prospective clients! I personally guarantee you that there is no greater realtor in NJ than Pete and you might as well go with the best (doesn't cost you any more money!).

Pete seen that I was overhelm with selling my house that the following day he showed up to help me get the house ready. He did an outstanding job. He was patient with all of the work and cleanout we had to do prior to sale, kept in touch, but with virtually no pressure to get it listed, and once we were ready, had the place sold within a few weeks of the first showing! He was completely transparent in explaining commissions, marketing plan, and advantages of each of her several offers, and communicated in a way that recognized this was the only home she had ever owned and its sale, while "just another sale" for him, was a significant life event for her! He always kept my brother and I in the loop, recognizing that a 95yo may not be as tech-savvy as her children, but also respectful of the fact that it was her home. Bottom line, Peter Hunt is a realtor you can trust and will not regret working with!
