Seller reviewWe purchased this property using Peter. He was insightful about the resale price and navigating the new Real Estate laws. We spoke with a few other agents about listing after speaking with Peter. As an investment property, our return was EXTREMELY important. Peter's local market knowledge was a HUGE plus. We had another agent tell us that she could sell the house at a far higher price ( which seemed like a reach to us). Peter was very clear with his strategy to attract the highest volume of buyers, and it made perfect sense. Peter was explaining to us what we needed to hear He gave us examples of how this strategy has worked for others that he worked with before us. The other agent was telling us what she thought we wanted to hear. We could not be happier with our return on investment. Peter Hunt is as good as a real estate professional can get!

We were looking for an investment property to either improve and re-sell OR improve and rent. He gave us a very understandable range we could expect to receive in either scenario.
