We worked with Pierre (PJ) Peebles for several years attempting to purchase a condo, specifically in the Boardwalk Caper III high-rise. Over the past 50 years we have owned only two homes, both of which were custom built for us. So, we were really in new territory when we embarked on a purchase from another owner. He was so in his element that we were made to feel that we had his complete, undivided attention. I don't know how we were so lucky to have just the perfect personality in PJ to make a dream become a reality. He continues to check on us and offer names of proven vendors for routine maintenance. We would not hesitate to recommend PJ; and should we have a need or desire to sell our condo, PJ would undoubtedly be the realtor we would choose. Many who know me would say I have an OCD type personality. There is no one better suited to abate concerns and take particular care to details than PJ. He thought of things before we could ask and left us feeling we were in very competent hands at all times. PJ excels in every area, and that is truly a gift that he possesses. In the wake of Hurricane Ian, we knew we would need the help of a seasoned professional with the sale of our Fort Myers Beach condo unit. Pierre Peebles has a wealth of experience, and he is more than willing to put in the effort on behalf of his client. When we learned that our closing might be delayed due to a missing piece of required paperwork from a third party, Pierre knew who to call, and he kept at it tirelessly until everything was done.

This is the second home we've bought with Pierre. We knew he was very able and professional. We had some specific concerns about different neighborhoods, areas, etc. and we relied strongly on his detailed knowledge of the area, properties, prices, etc. We found what we were looking for very quickly. As in the previous purchase, Pierre was indispensable in assisting use with financing, insurance, finding tradespeople, managing the inspection, negotiation with the sellers, coordinating with the bank, insurance broker, settlement firms, etc. He made a challenging task easy.

Pierre was an amazing agent! He took as much time as I needed for discussion of our property for sale, and was unbelievably prompt, professional and courteous each time we connected. We hired him again to help with the purchase of a new home. I highly recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Pierre worked hard to sell this property as well as other properties we had in the area. He helped to facilitate renovations and was available to show the properties. This was quite important as we were doing the sales from a distance. He was very accessible to us and helped us through some difficult negotiations. We will use his services if the need arises.
