I have been involved in several real estate transactions in my life, the last two of which have been handled by Pierre Peebles. From defining our needs and market area to walking in the front door of my new house everything has always been handled without a glitch. Pierre is always on his game regardless what arises. We have had no issues on either transaction he has handled for us and trust me, I can't say that about any of the other transactions I have experienced in my life. Pierre has a wonderful understanding of the emotional and psychological process that happens to people when buying a home. He realizes that you have to actually get out and see what is on the market and he takes the time and has the expertise to keep you apprised of what is going on in the market place and puts in the time and effort and has the patience to allow you to decide exactly what you want and where you want to be. He does not impose any persuasion into your decision process but gives you all of the pros and cons of any particular property you may be interested in which is invaluable. Once we identified the house we wanted, Pierre took the bull by the horns and made it happen in a seamless and timely manner. On top of all of that, Pierre is just a genuinely nice guy!
