Rachel is the best. She has assisted us with several real estate transaction and we will only use her for our future real estste needs. She knows the business, she knows the area and she listens to her customers. She is our agent.

We had used Rachel on two previous properties. She has proven herself as a very effective agent with great attention to detail. For all of our transactions, she has provided fantastic communications and kept us up to date, sometimes, several times during a single day. We had a contract on this house in approximately 45 days. For a specialty house on the lake that exceeds all expectations. We were figuring that it would likely take most of a year to get it sold. We found out on this last property that we can count on Rachel and that she will go to extreme efforts to ensure that the sale goes through. Without hesitation, we will use Rachel on our next property. All of these traits are applicable to Rachel and more. We had a last minute issue come up and I was on an out-of-town business. Rachel's efforts in identifying, determining and implementing a potential solution to the last minute issue exceeded all expectations. When I returned, we just had some physical modification to correct and we were ready for the sale. Our expectation was to sell our house in 6 months to a year and Rachel got it done in just over 60 days, We were ecstatic were her performance, support, knowledge, expertise, and communications. The house was listed in MLS with wonderful results. For the first 5-6 weeks, we had multiple showing each week and had a contract in hand at ab out 45 days. Rachel did a great job of getting the contract and amendments to us in a timely manner and ensured that we were aware of pending deadlines of when documents had to be signed and returned. Our house was about an hour drive from Rachel home. She was there every time that she was needed. She was so supportive and I don't know of any time that an inspection or showing was cancelled because she was busy. In addition to a very nice yard sign at the end of the driveway, Rachel ensure that another For Sale signed was mounted on the dock so that folks boating were informed that the property was up for sale. I don't recall talking with any other staff. Rachel did a fantastic job herself.

I have used Rachel for the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 2 homes. She is amazing and the most patient and hard working realtor I have ever met. I do not plan on buying or selling again since she has provided my family with the home that we love. BUT if I had to sale or buy again Rachel would be the only realtor I would ever use! Not only is she a realtor but she has become a great friend of the family and I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know!
