Rachel Cornett of CENTURY 21 Legacy

My communications with Rachel were always prompt. I sent her a list of properties I was interested in on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to hear from her sometime on Monday. I was totally surprised when I got a message from her within a couple hours with appointments already made to look at the houses. She was extremely patient with me ( we looked at a lot of places) and was understanding when I backed out of a contract after the inspection. Over the years I have dealt with close to a dozen agents in 4 different states. I have thought their service, for the most part, was perfunctory. Rachel gave me such excellent service I felt I was her only client, yet I know this is not true. She coordinated showings with my trips to Maryville, and actually met with the president of the condo board to show him some of the deficiencies the inspector found, so I didn't have to make another trip. I really appreciated all the help she provided to make this transaction as smooth as it was. She is only the second agent I've worked with I would feel comfortable recommending to family and friends, and will do so in the future. The whole process, from my original contact with her through closing was just great. She was honest, patient and very knowledgeable.

Rachel did an outstanding job, We we're living in Ca and she worked with my Son a lot and was very understanding about the time difference and she ensured all paperwork was sent to us to meet the deadline in Tn. She changed her schedule two or three different times when we had to change our flight out to Tn. We never worried about information Rachal kept us informed with emails and phone calls. If I ever buy another property I will call Rachel first.

Sold a second home using Rachel as the seller's agent. Was out of state for the entire process, Rachel was efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. She guided me through the steps I needed to take and made it simple. Her efforts resulted in a quick sale, couldn't be more pleased with the result. Rachel was very knowledgable, gave me great advice and guidance, was really happy with the entire process.

Rachel did a wonderful job helping my family into our first home! She was incredibly responsive and really went above and beyond. We initially began looking for houses with a short timeline, and were somewhat unsure of what we were looking for. We ended up extending our rental for another year. During that year, Rachel continued to encourage us by helping us focus and hone in on our priorities for a home. When our rental agreement was nearing an end (around 9 months later), we began to search again. Rachel was great at picking out houses and incredibly patient with us. Once we found our house, she walked us through the process and made it nearly effortless! The seller was incredibly stubborn, but Rachel worked it out in our favor. (with more patience than I could ever have!) It has been 10 months in our new home and we still absolutely love our first home! Rachel is very personable, we hit of off immediately. We 1st were looking for a house in the area, bought one through her. When it came time for us to sell the same house and return to Florida it was just natural to select Rachel to handle the process. We were and are very satisfied with her work ethic and pleased with all she did for us. Rachel was more than helpful with the sales process as we had already relocated to Florida, so, everything was done long distance. I'm sure the process was more difficult and she handled it like a pro and a Friend. Everyone at the office were very approachable in the event Rachel was unavailable, which was seldom.
