Over 3200 homes in this Senior community are most typically "sold" when squabbling inheritors often elsewhere in USA are talked into 13% lower than average selling prices than in the surrounding region by the local agents. I've noted by my 15 year experiences living in this "adult active community", often a leader. Randy Ruark fought gallantly against this usual train of lazy computer-driven analyses by in-area local agents, and she won a reasonable price.

Because of the suggestions Randy gave in staging my home, and the manner in which she presented the home to the market, the home sold at the first open house. There were 4 offers, each was above asking price. Randy has a breadth of knowledge rarely duplicated by others. She is consistently professional while at the same time being friendly and supportive. I have frequently recommended Randy to others and will continue to do so with complete confidence.

This is the first home I have purchased. I lived in my previous home 40+ years. Randy guided me through this complicated process with very little stress on my part. Randy made me feel as if I were her only client, kept in touch with daily either on the phone or by email. I felt Randy Ruark did an excellent job both in marketing my home and pricing it realistically. There were a few drawbacks to this particular piece of property. She was able to focus on the positive aspects. Randy did not try to sell me a home out of my price range, she only showed me properties that suited my particular needs. She also showed me homes in various locations that were in the same price range I could afford, but not in the area I wished to move into. Randy's knowledge of my desired area was of upmost importance--she knew her properties and the various nuances of each neighborhood. This was the basic reason I selected Randy as my agent. She had also been a good friends agent as well. Randy took the time each day to show me properties, report on the progress of the sale of my home, and when I finally selected a property to buy, she was on top of the progress on that home. This was a wonderful experience for me and I would recommend Randy Ruark for her work ethic and her dedication to her profession.
