Randy Ruark of CENTURY 21 Epic Valley of the Moon

I met Randy last fall at an Open House she was holding. When I mentioned that I was thinking of remodeling my old house, Randy offered to email me a list of dozens of the same model home as mine, with photos, which had sold in Oakmont during the past 5 years. Going through the photos was like taking a virtual tour of all those homes. What a gift! Months later, when I decided to sell that house and buy another one here in Oakmont, Randy was wonderfully helpful to me. Had it not been for Randy's sage advice, I would not have thought to contact my home insurance company to repair some wind-driven rain damage inside my house. Randy was my realtor when I sold my house on Laurel Leaf Place (for asking price) and again when I bought my house on Stone Bridge Road. I think she is fabulous!

Thank you, Randy. As we discussed many times, the sale of the house was a gift to us from our parents. It was our home for 40 years and wanted it to be treated with respect...and Randy honored our wishes. Randy is extremely professional and honest. We had many long and difficult discussions about "sale price" and price reductions when house wasn't getting offers. Randy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and facts and figures of housing market. Randy get's it done! She's honest and open and not afraid to help guide you when asked or when needed. Sometimes, it doesn't agree with your thoughts or direction, but most of the time she was right.

Had Randi Ruark known what was going to happen, she might have removed us from her email of listing information during that long year before we made the decision to move - and disaster happened. We thought we had a sale and Randi found the perfect house for us and we happily signed on the bottom lines - all those bottom lines. Disaster #1 quickly followed. Our sale fell through. We were working with another agency on the sale, but Randi hand fed us instructions for that agent to get back on track fast. Sure enough, another sale (for more money) happened because those actions were taken. Disaster #2 occurred the day the new deal was signed. Major water leak, followed by a month of repairs. Randi hung in there, the perfect mediator between us and the seller of our perfect new home. Deep breath. It all ended well. We are in our new place, and we hope Randi is as pleased she hung in there with us as we are that we chose her in the first place.

Randy skillfully guided me through the process of getting my house ready to sell, then efficiently sold it for asking price. Randy is a hardworking, consummate professional. I look forward to working with her to find and buy my next house.
