Ray and Kathi Pirolo - WORKING TOGETHER TO MEET YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. We have been working together in Real Estate since 2008. Ray began in the business part time, in 2006 and after 34 years in the Retail Food industry is now full time in Real Estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for 4 years prior to our marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown she returned to Real Estate in 2008. We raised our children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010 we achieved the status of Multi Million dollar producer. We have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first time buyers to those seeking to down size. We enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of our clients first and foremost in our business transactions.

Seller reviewFirst time selling our home and Ray was very helpful walking us through the steps. House took a little longer to close than we hoped due to the buyer's party but Ray was patient and helped us the whole way even though we had already moved away.

Ray was one of the most professional agents we have spoke with and genuinely seemed to care that we got what we were looking for and not just trying to get a sale like past agents we have talked too. He made the whole experience as less stressful as he can. Anyone that has bought a house knows they can get pretty stressful. No matter what day or time I reached out for a question or concern, Ray or assistant got back to me very quickly.
