Ray and Kathi Pirolo - WORKING TOGETHER TO MEET YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. We have been working together in Real Estate since 2008. Ray began in the business part time, in 2006 and after 34 years in the Retail Food industry is now full time in Real Estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for 4 years prior to our marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown she returned to Real Estate in 2008. We raised our children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010 we achieved the status of Multi Million dollar producer. We have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first time buyers to those seeking to down size. We enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of our clients first and foremost in our business transactions.

Seller reviewRay was so helpful throughout the listing and sale of my property. He kept me informed about every detail as it came up. He organized and held an open house immediately upon listing the townhouse. The upgrades and repairs he recommended made the place look practically new without draining my checkbook. An offer was made the same day as the open house. Ray worked with me on a counter offer, which was acceptable to the buyer. He worked hard to make the whole process as easy on me as possible. Also important to me is the fact that Ray is an honest man of integrity who can be trusted completely. I will highly recommend him to any and all in the future.

Seller reviewWe've know Ray for the past plus 5 years. We met Ray when he was showing a home in a gated community in the area, I asked if we could tag along and he said sure. We then asked if he knew of another gated community and he said yes, he called one and gave us directions, We purchased a model home there and were advised that Ray should represent us in this transaction, he arrived and did a great job at that. Ray and his office provided to us a new washer and dryer and a new refrigator for our new home. Since then, we always stayed in touch. We decided to sell our home and we would never have anyone else to handle our sale. As I recall the home sold in about 3-4 days. Ray not only went the extra mile for us he went the extra 10 miles. Ray took care of so many items, issures because we couldn't because of health problems and distance between homes. We were thankful for everything Ray did for us. I would highly recommend Ray for any of your realestate transactions, He's a great realtor.
